Registration > Participation
The participation to the colloquium is free and open to everyone, from any university. Lunch and appetizers will be provided to all the participants. If you wish to make a communication (oral or poster), a registration on the website is mandatory in order to submit the abstract. If you just wish to attend, registration in the website is recommended since place in the amphitheater and /or at lunch can not be guaranteed without it.
For the registration, please create an account. When you login, two options will appear in My Space:
- My registration - please fill the form. This way you will assure your place for attendance only.
- My submissions - follow the instructions to submit your abstract.

The deadline for the submission of abstracts is November 9th
(The registration to attendance only is available until December 2nd)
The scientific committee will announce the selected participants on November 15th.
The abstracts should be of maximum 2 pages. A template of an example abstract can be found next:
