ORAL presentations

Presentation should not exceed 10 minutes and will be followed by a five minutes slot for questions. 
Please, refer to the final program on the website for the time of your presentation.

 Prepare your presentation with PowerPoint. The room is equipped with a PC computer running Windows and Microsoft Office 2016.

POSTER presentations 

Posters should be printed in A0 format, portrait orientation (84.1 x 118.9 cm / 33.1 x 46.8 in)

Authors are invited to install their posters on December 6th in the morning and be present at their posters for presentation/discussion according to the schedule provided. Posters will be displayed until the end of the day.

Supplies to mount your poster, including pushpins or velcro will be provided at the conference.

Poster sessions are scheduled as follows:
Poster Session I – 10:45am - 11:15am (during coffee break at interior garden)
Poster Session II – 3:00pm - 3:45pm (during coffee break at interior garden)
